May we get on a waiting list, and how long is it?
Seasons programs hold open enrollment from January 15 thru April every year, for the upcoming year. Our waitlist is a general waitlist for all of our programs and we work our way through the list as spaces become available at one of our sites. It is impossible to predict how long one will wait for a space.
After you have had a tour one of our locations, you will be able to file an application with us. There is a $50.00 application fee. Please request the application following your tour.
Is there a fee to be on the list?
What are your hours?
Seasons Path runs programs Monday through Friday 9AM-1PM. There are full and part week options with a minimum of 2 days per week. (In extremely rare cases, The Seasons Path is able to offer 3/4 or full day enrollment.
What is expected of the parents?
At minimum: Pay tuition on time, participate in our share snack program, respect The Seasons Ways and participate in our fundraising events. Beyond that, there are limitless opportunities for parent involvement and any parent interested will be invited to be involved in many ways such as: Joining the Board of Directors, volunteering in the programs, counselor support, parent support…What can you offer?
Can parents visit the program or have lunch with their children?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage parent participation in any way that you can.
How flexible are you with pickup and drop-off times?
We find that it is best for the children to arrive at school by 9:30 or 10:00 at the latest. After 10:00 it can get a bit more difficult to locate us, but not necessarily impossible. It is important that parents are able to pickup their children on time consistently.
What is your holiday schedule?
Please see our calendar for an idea of our holiday schedule. We follow the schedule of local elementary schools. We have several closures throughout the year for In-service days and maintenance.
How are the children grouped in classes?
Seasons Path Programs will have no more than 12 children at a time. They two programs join up and play together for parts of the week and depending on the day and location they will break out into smaller age appropriate groups during specific times or activities.
